Disclosed is a method of performing the segmentation of vessel using thresholds. One embodiment includes obtaining an image including slices (slice includes the cross section of the vessel) by using a contrast medium, setting adaptively the thresholds corresponding to each cross section based on modeling information related to the intensity of the contrast medium, and performing the segmentation of vessel based on the image and the thresholds.
