The present invention relates to a sulfonyl hydrazine compound and a use thereof as a medicament for use in treating hepatitis B. Specifically, the present invention discloses a compound which may act as an HBV inhibitor and which has the structure represented by chemical formula A, or a stereoisomer or tautomer thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, a hydrate or a solvent thereof.
