PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent breakage of a covering sheet in embossing for forming a recessed groove and to prevent a reduction in volume of an embossment part for preventing deterioration of absorption performance.SOLUTION: An incontinence pad 1 includes an absorber 4 in which a recessed groove-shaped or a slit like absorber recessed part 20 formed without compression is formed in a longitudinal direction on a skin contact surface side including a body fluid discharging region and a covering sheet 5 surrounding the absorber 4. While the covering sheet 5 turns and wraps from a non-skin contact surface side of the absorber 4 to the skin contact surface side at both side parts to have an overlapping part 23 where both side edges are overlapped with each other on the skin contact surface side, an embossment part 21 is formed along the absorber recessed part 20 inside the absorber recessed part 20 by embossing from the skin contact surface side. In at least a longitudinal region corresponding to the embossment part 21 in the overlapping part 23, a non-joining region 24 where the covering sheets 5 and 5 in the overlapping part 23 are not joined is provided.
