A stent system for implanting a stent for decompression and anastomosis formation is provided. The stent includes a non-expandable, generally tubular body having a proximal portion and a distal portion, a lumen extending through at least a portion of the body, a distal opening in the distal portion in fluid communication with the lumen and a proximal opening in the proximal portion in fluid communication with the lumen. The stent further includes a first magnetic element positioned on the distal portion of the tubular body and a second magnetic element movably positionable on the proximal portion of the tubular body. The second magnetic element is configured to surround and move over the proximal portion of the tubular body towards the first magnetic element.La présente invention concerne un système de stent permettant dimplanter un stent destiné à la réalisation dune décompression et dune anastomose. Ce stent comporte un corps de forme générale tubulaire non expansible définissant une partie proximale et une partie distale, une lumière traversant au moins une partie du corps, une ouverture distale ménagée dans la partie distale et en communication fluidique avec la lumière, et une ouverture proximale ménagée dans la partie proximale, et en communication fluidique avec la lumière. Le stent comporte également un premier élément magnétique disposé sur la partie distale du corps tubulaire, et un second élément magnétique pouvant sa placer de façon mobile sur la partie proximale du corps tubulaire. Ce second élément magnétique est configuré de façon à entourer la partie proximale du corps tubulaire et à se rapprocher du premier élément magnétique.
