The present invention relates to an isolation system capable of sterilizing an individual space and controlling ventilation. The isolation system comprises: a housing having a sealed isolation space to isolate an infected patient a hydrogen peroxide vapor supply part supplying hydrogen peroxide vapor to the isolation space and sterilizing the isolation space a ventilation part discharging internal air of the isolation space in which sterilization is completed to the outside and a control part controlling the hydrogen peroxide vapor supply part and the ventilation part.
