The present invention provides a synergistic composition for attracting male Tea mosquito bug (TMB): Helopeltis theivora Waterhouse, having a blend of highly attractant chemicals comprising a natural extract of female tea mosquito bug and chemical compounds together that can attract them into a source followed by their death in the trap and a method for preparation of this formulation for monitoring and/or combating purpose.
