Provided is a reticulated polymer, which is prepared by reacting a prepolymer having an isocyanate-group at distal ends with at least one hydroxyl group and at least one reactant having an unsaturated group. The prepolymer is prepared through polymerization of starting materials in the presence of catalysts. The reactant is prepared through reaction of mixed materials in the presence of catalysts. In this invention also provides a composition for manufacturing biomedical devices, and biomedical devices manufactured by a molding process of the composition.
