The specific operation information detection unit 841 detects "specific operation information" corresponding to specific operation of examination equipment 350. The face change information acquisition unit 842 acquires "face change information" representing time series change of face data of a subject 300. The face change information decomposition unit 843 decomposes the face change information by singular value decomposition, principal component analysis, or independent component analysis into a plurality of components 1, 2, 3, ... The determination component extraction unit 844 extracts a component associated with specific operation information from the plurality of components 1, 2, 3, ... as a "determination component."
