PURPOSE: A living bacteria vaccine composition for salmonellosis prevention including attenuating,mutant strain of immunopotentiation salmonella enteritidis is provided to enhance defense mechanism. CONSTITUTION: A living bacteria vaccine composition for salmonellosis prevention includes attenuating mutant strain of salmonella enteritidis, an immunopotentiation mutant strain which expresses LTB (heat-labile toxin subunit B) of Escherichia coli or a combination thereof. The combination of the immunopotentiation mutant strain and attenuating mutant strain is mixed at the ratio of bacteria numbers of 1:2-1:10. The salmonellosis is domestic fowls salmonellosis or human body salmonellosis. The domestic fowls salmonellosis is avian paratyphoid infection. The avian is hen, duck, turkey, quail, waterfowl, pigeon, and canary. The human body salmonellosis is sitotoxism.
