PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct a waveform error of a measured volume pulse wave in a period in which a blood flow temporarily changes. A measuring device includes a first photoelectric sensor (30) for measuring a first volume pulse wave according to a volume change of a vein and a second photoelectric sensor for measuring a second volume pulse wave according to a volume change of an artery of a subject. The sensor 35 and the arithmetic processing unit 41 AC-coupled to these sensors are provided. The arithmetic processing unit decreases the highest point of each heartbeat of the first volume pulse wave when the increasing/decreasing tendency of the highest point of each heartbeat of the two volume pulse waves is reversed, and the second volume pulse wave is decreased. In the first period in which the highest point of each heartbeat of the pulse wave rises, a first correction process of correcting the waveform of the first volume pulse wave is executed so that the lowest point of each heartbeat decreases with time. During the second period in which the highest point of each heartbeat of the first volume pulse wave rises and the highest point of each heartbeat of the second volume pulse wave decreases, the lowest point of each heartbeat rises with respect to time. A second correction process for correcting the waveform of the first volume pulse wave is executed.
