摘要：: The invention relates to compounds of general formula I wherein R is heteroaryl optionally substituted by R7； or R is heterocycloalkyl or heterocycloalkenyl, optionally substituted by R8； or R is X wherein X is -NR11R12； and pharmaceutically acceptable salts, hydrates, or solvates thereof, for use -alone or in combination with one or more other pharmaceutically active compounds- in therapy, for preventing, treating or ameliorating dlseases or conditions responsive to stimulation of neutrophil oxidative burst, responsive to stimulation of keratinocyte IL-8 release or responsive to induction of necrosis.本發明係關於通式I化合物其中R為視情況經R7取代之雜芳基；或R為視情況經R8取代之雜環烷基或雜環烯基；或R為X，其中X為-NR11R12；及其醫藥學上可接受之鹽、水合物或溶劑合物，其係單獨或與一或多種其他醫藥活性化合物組合用於預防、治療或改善對刺激嗜中性白血球氧化爆發起反應、對刺激角質細胞IL-8釋放起反應或對誘導壞死起反應之疾病或病狀之療法中。
