The present invention relates to a double-layered polymeric capsule ensuring stabilized lutein, and a production method thereof. The double-layered polymeric capsule stabilizes lutein which is sensitive to oxidation, and also enables consistent elution of lutein, thereby being useful as cosmetic compositions or compositions for preventing or treating ophthalmic disorder.본 발명은 루테인을 안정화한 이중층 구조의 고분자 캡슐 및 그 제조 방법 에 관한 것으로서, 상기 이중층 구조의 고분자 캡슐은 산화에 민감한 루테인을 안정화하면서도 지속적인 루테인 용출을 가능하게 하는 효과가 있어, 안과질환 예방 또는 치료용 조성물 또는 화장료 조성물로 유용하게 적용될 수 있다.
