The present invention relates to a composition for reducing skin wrinkles and whitening skin including a peptide derived from human telomerase as an active ingredient. According to the present invention, the composition includes the peptide derived from the human telomerase as the active ingredient and thus has excellent effects of increasing biosynthesis of collagen and inhibiting generation of melanin.
