The present invention relates to a bruxism and snoring mitigation device capable of preventing separation and temporomandibular joint motion, which mitigates bruxism and snoring by upper and lower tooth frames, inserts a moveable pin formed in the upper tooth frame into an insertion hole formed in the lower tooth frame to prevent the upper and lower tooth frames from being separated so as to prevent the upper and lower tooth frames fit to a user from being separated from teeth by movement during sleep, and inserts the moveable pin into the insertion hole to prevent the upper and lower tooth frames from being separated even if the user lies on user′s side so as to allow a temporomandibular joint to be moved within a predetermined gap such that sleep apnea is mitigated and teeth are corrected.
