PURPOSE: A method and a system for training and testing cognitive skills are provided to accurately determine cognitive skills of a user by using an actual image.CONSTITUTION: A server receives a cognitive skill training and test application transmission request from a communication terminal(S10). The server transmits the cognitive skill training and test application to a communication terminal(S20). A rendering engine of a processor executes cognitive skill training and test application(S30). A plurality of disturbance characters which randomly moves on an actual background image are displayed on a display device(S40).
