После выполнения основного этапа операции под твердую мозговую оболочку (ТМО) на поверхность мозга укладывают пластину тахокомба с запасом по размеру на 0,5-1,0 см по всей форме раны, выступая за пределы размера разреза ТМО. Пластину тахокомба укладывают клейкой стороной, содержащей активные вещества, к ТМО, а стороной, не содержащей активных веществ, на поверхность мозга. Способ позволяет снизить послеоперационные осложнения в виде развития ликвореи, что достигается за счет укладки пластины тахокомба под ТМО и клейкой стороной к ТМО. 4 ил., 1 табл.
