PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protection tool for protecting paws of dogs, cats, or the like which protects pads of paws from cuts, burns, or the like when domesticated animals such as dogs and cats take exercise, and guide dogs, service dogs, search and rescue dogs, or the like work in various situations, and moreover, which is fitted to the paws of the dogs, the cats, or the like without hurting fingers, nails, and dew claws of the paws of the dogs, the cats, or the like as the protection tool to ensure safety so as not to harm human bodies, objects, or the like by the nails, the dew claws, or the like of the dogs, the cats, or the like, is hardly detached, is safe, and is easily used.SOLUTION: A protection tool for protecting paws of dogs, cats, or the like in this invention has a front of the protection tool (1) as a finger fixing part (2) and a rear of the protection tool (1) as a fixing part (3), is provided with a sheet (5) on both sides of the protection tool (1), has an adhesive article (6) applied on a part which is brought into contact with a pad of the paw of the dogs, the cats, or the like in the sheet (5), and is provided with a fastening article (4) for fixing the paw of the dog, the cat, or the like at ends of the finger fixing part (2) and the fixing part (3). Further, nails and a dew claw of the paw are covered and protected by putting a protection bag (7) over the protection tool (1) worn on the paw of the dogs, cats, or the like.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】 本発明の犬猫等の手足を保護する保護具は、犬猫等の飼養動物の運動や盲導犬、介助犬、災害救助犬等が様々な場面で活動する際に手足の底が切傷、火傷等を負うことがないように保護すること。さらに、犬猫等の爪、狼爪等が人体、物等に危害を加えることのないよう安全を確保する保護具として、犬猫等の手足の指、爪、狼爪を傷つけることなく、犬猫等の手足に適合し、外れにくく、安全で簡単に使用することができる犬猫等の手足を保護する保護具を提供する。【解決手段】 本発明の犬猫等の手足を保護する保護具は、保護具(1)の先方を指固定部(2)とし、保護具(1)の後方を固定部(3)として、保護具(1)の両面にシート(5)を設け、シート(5)の犬猫等の手足の底と接する部分には粘着物(6)を施し、指固定部(2)と固定部(3)の端に犬猫等の手足に固定するための留め物(4)を設ける。さらに、犬猫等の手足に装着された保護具(1)の上から保護袋(7)を装着することで、手足の爪、狼爪を覆い保護する。【選択図】図1
