The present invention relates to a composition for inhibiting cancer metastasis, containing mammaglobin, and particularly, to: a pharmaceutical composition for inhibiting cancer metastasis, containing, as an active ingredient, mammaglobin protein as a target molecule for the inhibition of cancer metastasis, a gene encoding the mammaglobin protein or a recombinant expression vector containing the gene, and a method for inhibiting cancer metastasis by using the same a kit for predicting the possibility of cancer metastasis a method for selecting a risk group for cancer metastasis by using the kit and a method for screening for a cancer metastasis inhibitor. As discussed above, it is ascertained in the present invention that cancer metastasis can be effectively inhibited by inhibiting the movement and invasion of cancer cells through an increase in the expression level of mammaglobin. Therefore, the mammaglobin of the present invention can be useful as a target molecule for inhibiting cancer metastasis.La présente invention concerne une composition destinée à inhiber la métastase cancéreuse, contenant de la mammaglobine.
