Method for thermal conservation of fluid heterogeneous biomaterials, the method comprising: - providing a first electromagnetic applicator, comprising: an essentially horizontal conduit made of materials or a combination of materials transparent to electromagnetic energy, which includes an input port of materials, to enable the entry of heterogeneous fluid biomaterials into the first electromagnetic applicator, and an outlet port of materials, to enable the output of heterogeneous biomaterials out of the first electromagnetic applicator, and an energy input port to enable the entry of electromagnetic energy in the first electromagnetic applicator and an energy output port to enable the output of electromagnetic energy out of the first electromagnetic applicator; - providing a second electromagnetic applicator, comprising: a conduit made of materials or a combination of materials transparent to electromagnetic energy, which includes a material input port, to enable the entry of fluid heterogeneous biomaterials into the second electromagnetic applicator, connected to the material output port of the first electromagnetic applicator, and a material output port, to enable the output of heterogeneous biomaterials flowed out of the second electromagnetic applicator, and an energy input port to enable the entry of electromagnetic energy into the second electromagnetic applicator connected through a waveguide to the energy output port of the first electromagnetic applicator and an energy output port to enable the output of electromagnetic energy out of the second electromagnetic applicator; - continuously pumping heterogeneous fluid biomaterials successively through the conduit of the first applicator and the conduit of the second applicator; and - supplying electromagnetic energy to the energy input port of the first electromagnetic applicator while the fluid heterogeneous biomaterials are being pumped from the port of input of materials from the first electromagnetic appli
