Embodiments of a device for forming incisions and extracting osseous tissue are disclosed. The device includes a body defining a channel. A blade is oriented in linear sliding engagement within the channel of the body. The device includes a stopping mechanism for restricting movement of the blade relative to the body. The device is engageable to an apparatus. The apparatus includes a fixed portion that defines a first end and a second end. A clamp is oriented along the fixed portion of the apparatus adjacent the device.
