PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the work of attaching with the tissue substitute synthetic fiber cloth wrapped around the artificial joint component, to prevent the difference in the skill of operators from affecting the work result, and to shorten the operation time.SOLUTION: A pressing mechanism 12 has a circumferentially arranged member 16 which is arranged along a circumferential direction with a tissue substitute synthetic fiber cloth 100 is cylindrically wrapped around a shaft-like member 11a. The pressing mechanism 12 presses the tissue substitute synthetic fiber cloth 100 against the shaft-like member 11a from an outer peripheral side by using the circumferentially arranged member 16. A holding mechanism 13 has a holding member 22 which is configured as a member to be attached to the circumferentially arranged member 16.
