PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasound diagnostic device capable of improving accuracy of a quantitative analysis by a contrast echo method, an image processing system and an image processing program.SOLUTION: The ultrasound diagnostic device includes a candidate position extraction part and a position setting part. The candidate position extraction part extracts a first position of a region of interest included in each piece of image data in time series acquired by performing ultrasonic scanning of an analyte to whom a contrast medium has been administered on the basis of a similarity of basic wave component among the pieces of image data in time series. The candidate position extraction part extracts a second position of the region of interest included in each piece of image data in time series on the basis of a similarity of harmonic component among the pieces of image data in time series. The position setting part sets either the first or the second position as the position of the region of interest for each piece of image data in time series on the basis of characteristics of pixels in the region at the first position and the second position.【課題】造影エコー法による定量解析の精度を向上させることができる超音波診断装置、画像処理装置及び画像処理プログラムを提供すること。【解決手段】実施形態の超音波診断装置は、候補位置抽出部と、位置設定部とを備える。候補位置抽出部は、造影剤が投与された被検体を超音波走査して収集された時系列の画像データそれぞれに含まれる関心領域の第１の位置を時系列の画像データ間の基本波成分の類似度に基づいてそれぞれ抽出する。また、候補位置抽出部は、時系列の画像データそれぞれに含まれる関心領域の第２の位置を時系列の画像データ間のハーモニック成分の類似度に基づいてそれぞれ抽出する。位置設定部は、時系列の画像データそれぞれに対して、第１の位置における領域内の画素の特徴と、第２の位置における領域内の画素の特徴とに基づいて、第１の位置または第２の位置のどちらか一方を関心領域の位置として設定する。【選択図】図１
