To provide a laser surgery apparatus capable of letting illumination light easily penetrate into an examined eye without interference of an illumination optical system or irradiation optical system with a contact lens.
SOLUTION: The laser surgery apparatus 100 comprises a laser light oscillating means 11 for oscillating laser light to be used to treat the examined eye E an aiming light output means 12 for outputting aiming light for aiming at a region for treatment of the examined eye E a light guiding means 15 for guiding laser light or aiming light the illumination optical system 20 for illuminating the region for treatment of the examined eye E with illumination light the irradiation optical system 40 for irradiating the region for treatment of the examined eye E with the laser light or aiming light guided by the light guiding means 15 via an objective lens 52 and an observation optical system 30 for observing the region for treatment. In the laser surgery apparatus 100, a filter 50 which transmits laser light and aiming light and which reflects illumination light is disposed ON an optical axis in the rear of the objective lens 52, and the illumination light is guided by the filter 50 into the examined eye E via the objective lens 52 in such a way as coaxially with the optical axes of the laser light and aiming light.
