To provide a seedling planting device that enables folding by the overlapping of separable seedling platform portions together, while adopting a granule supply device of a structure to supply granules to a field along each seedling row, and thereby reduces a lateral direction width of the seedling platform.SOLUTION: A granule supply device 4 includes multiple granule tanks 40a for supplying granules every seedling row corresponding to each seedling loading unit, and multiple tank supporting members 41 for supporting the granule tanks 40a to a planting machine frame 30 with a seedling platform 20 equipped therewith.
