A device100 for manufacturing an absorbent article includes: a guide mechanism 110 configured to convey an elastic member while swinging it in a crossing direction； a rotation mechanism 120 configured to convey the elastic member supplied from the guide mechanism, along an outer circumference surface； and a cutting mechanism 130 configured to cut the elastic member conveyed by the rotation mechanism. The guide mechanism has: a first roller 111； a second roller 112 arranged downstream of the first roller； and a swinging member 113 configured to support the first roller and the second roller rotatably and to swing the second roller while setting as a center, a swinging axis 113a in a supplying direction of the elastic member to the first roller. The rotation mechanism has: holding members 122 arranged at intervals in a circumferential direction and configured to convey the elastic member； and a rotation driving member configured to shift the holding members by changing a speed thereof so as to make an interval wider between the holding members.
