The operation unit has: an operation unit main body a shaft a clutch plate through a through-hole of which the shaft is threaded a biasing spring that holds in a manner so that the axial line of the through-hole and the axial line of the shaft are parallel an inner slider slidably attached to the shaft and the operation unit main body and to which the operation wire is attached an outer slider attached to the inner slider and a coil spring. The attitude holding of the biasing spring is released alongside the compression of the coil spring, inclining the clutch plate with respect to the shaft, and immobilizing the inner slider with respect to the operation unit main body.
