A single use module for a heart preservation system is disclosed. The single use module comprises a chassis, a perfusion circuit for circulating perfusion fluid, and an organ chamber assembly (160) mounted to the chassis for containing a heart. The organ chamber assembly (160) includes at least two conduits (162, 170, 166) for connecting the perfusion circuit to the heart. The module also includes pump interface (see Fig. 8A) with a tapered projection for interlocking with a bracket of the preservation system.
