PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting device for model surgery in which an occlusion state can simply be adjusted by the horizontal movement and vertical shaft center rotation of an upper jaw model, and further a distance and angular movement aspect from the position before the movement to the position after the movement can easily be grasped and detected.SOLUTION: A mounting device for model surgery comprises a short cylindrical base member, a model clamping circular plate having a protrusion surface capable of fixing an upper jaw model, a spacer disc capable of being removably arranged in a selective manner between the model clamping circular plate and the short cylindrical base member, a first locator, and a second locator. An inclination of the upper jaw model is detected by the inclination angle of the model clamping circular plate to the short cylindrical base member. The contact part of a facing surface between the first locator and the second locator is moved around a vertical shaft center and in a horizontal direction, and thereby the position of the upper jaw model is determined while detecting the mutual distance and the moving topography of the vertical axis angle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】上顎模型を水平移動及び鉛直軸心回転させて簡便に咬合状態を調整し、更に移動前の位置から移動後の位置までの距離的及び角度的な移動様相を容易に把握及び検出することができるモデルサージェリー用マウンティングデバイスを提供する。【解決手段】短円柱状ベース部材と、上顎模型を固定可能な突起面を有する模型固定円板と、模型固定円板と短円柱状ベース部材との間に選択的に取外自在に配設可能なスペーサ円板と、第一ロケータと、第二ロケータと、を具備するモデルサージェリー用マウンティングデバイスであって、短円柱状ベース部材に対する模型固定円板の傾斜角度によって、上顎模型の傾きを検出し、第一ロケータと第二ロケータとの対向面の接触部を鉛直軸心廻り及び水平方向に移動させて相互の距離及び鉛直軸角の移動様相を検出しつつ、上顎模型の位置決めを行う。【選択図】図1
