PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for repelling birds, beasts, and the like which strongly stimulates caution in the birds, beasts, and the like.SOLUTION: A solar cell (10) of a repelling unit (3) is provided on an obliquely upward mounting surface (8a) formed on a wing piece (8) of a supporting means (2) so as to face obliquely upward, whereby the solar cell (10) receives more sunlight irradiation. The repelling device (1) is hung in the air through a suspension rope (4), generates a repelling signal (S) from the repelling unit (3) in a predetermined time zone, and freely swings and rotates through the suspension rope (4) by receiving wind power, thereby stimulating caution in birds, beasts, and the like.
