PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sustainedly release a composition in vivo for increasing performance of athletes, by providing appropriately timed release and increased absorption of nutrients.SOLUTION: An aqueous suspension contains: (a) one or more biological active ingredients； and (b) one or more hydrogel particles in which (a) the biological active ingredients are encapsulated.
