PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental floss holder having a dental floss fitting structure that facilitates replacement of a dental floss and adjustment of tensile strength and can shorten the length to be used for each time.SOLUTION: A dental floss holder 10 comprises a stretching part 20 and a knob part 30. The stretching part has a substantially inverse-U shape, and includes a dental floss F at a substantially inverse-U-shaped opening part in a tightly-stretched manner, and an external guide groove 21 for guiding the dental floss to the stretching part. The knob part includes a first knob member 31 extending from the stretching part, and a second knob member 35 consecutively connected from the first knob member in an openable/closable manner. A facing surface of the first knob member facing the second knob member includes a plurality of recesses 32 and an inner guide groove 33 for guiding the dental floss, formed thereon.
