The present invention relates to a disinfection apparatus for disinfecting a passing vehicle. Specifically, the present invention comprises: a tunnel allowing a vehicle to enter and exit frontward and backward and having a floor, sides and a roof inside to accommodate the vehicle； a rail installed in the frontward and backward directions in the lower portion of the roof； a bogie moving forward and backward along the rail； a top nozzle unit installed in the lower portion of the bogie and spraying a disinfectant solution or steam while surrounding the upper side and lateral sides of the vehicle entering into the tunnel； and a bottom nozzle unit installed on the floor of the tunnel and spraying the disinfectant solution or the steam at regular intervals frontward and backward.
