PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a platform for placing seedlings in a seedling transplanting machine, where the width of each platform block of a platform is adjusted to wide or narrow and a platform matching to shrinkage of left and right of each mat seedling can be obtained. SOLUTION: Each block for placing seedlings equipped with each seedling output port corresponding to seedling planting apparatuses of a plurality of rows is installed in a platform 11 for placing seedlings and one stock seedling is successively fed to a seedling output port of each block by moving the platform 11 to left, right and sides. Partition parts (11s) for partitioning seedlings in each platform block is installed in the platform (11) and the partition parts (11s) are each composed of a narrow partition member (11c) having narrow left and right widths and a wide-width partition member (11d) having wide left and right widths and the wide-width partition member (11d) can be detachably attached by covering the wide-width partition member (11d) on the narrow-width partition member (11c), and left and right width of the seedling-placing platform block are made narrow when the wide-width partition member (11d) is attached and left and right widths of the seedling-placing platform block are made wide when the wide-width partition member (11d) is unattached.
