The present invention relates to a skin shaping needle and a skin shaping method thereby. The shaping needle (1) comprises: a body (3) extended along an axial line and having a sharp part (31) processed at a front end so as to be inserted into the dermis (D) from the epidermis (E)； and a handle (5) coupled to a rear side of the body (3) and gripped by a user for overall operations of the body (3).
