A preparation method for the elastic membrane (1a) comprises: mixing a silicone rubber and a drug, then vulcanizing and crosslinking, and curing to a silicone rubber and drug mixed membrane to form a matrix type elastic membrane (1a)； or dissolving the drug and a degradable polymer in a solvent to form a drug solution, and then spraying the drug solution onto the silicone rubber to form a slow-release coating. By loading the estrogen onto the silicone rubber and continuing to activate the endometrium basal layer by means of drug stimulation, the basal layer can have a functional layer again, thereby restoring a normal endometrial structure and achieving the purpose of preventing adhesion completely.La présente invention concerne une membrane élastique (1a) ayant la fonction de réactiver une couche basale de l'endomètre dans une cavité utérine, comprenant un caoutchouc de silicone et un médicament.
