PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin care sheet exhibiting good use feeling and skin touch while having good skin care performance, and a skin care product comprising the same.SOLUTION: A skin care sheet comprises nonwoven fabric. The nonwoven fabric has breaking elongation of 250% or more, and comprises an embossed part and a non-embossed part defined by the embossed part. The non-embossed pattern has a pitch of 1.2 to 10.0 mm, and the ratio of the total area of the embossed part to the total area of the nonwoven fabric is 5 to 30%, on at least one surface of the nonwoven fabric. A fiber present in the nonwoven fabric has a number-average fiber diameter of 0.1 to 15.0 μm, and comprises resin having flexural modulus of 0.5 GPa or less.
