Prípravek podle rešení po aplikaci neprímo podporuje hojivé procesy v ráne a odvádí prebytecný sekret spolu s tkánovými mediátory a enzymy, které hojení podporují. Tím zajistí ráne a jejímu okolí potrebnou hydrataci, aniž by docházelo k maceraci okolní kuže nebo prisychání k ráne. Prídavek antiseptických látek zabrání další infekci.The present invention relates to a composition containing a pharmacologically suitable chitosan-glucan complex or its salt, in combination with one or more other polysaccharides or their respective salts, and antiseptic, wherein the composition of the present invention is intended for healing wounds and is at the same time with acceleration of healing able to prevent adhesion of bandage to wound. According to the invention, in application, the composition indirectly supports process of wound healing and drains excessive secretion together with tissue mediators and enzymes, which support healing, thus ensuring necessary hydration of wound and tissues that surround it without softening surrounding skin or drying and adhesion thereof to wound. Addition of antiseptics prevents further infection.
