An intravenous drip real-time monitoring system is disclosed herein. The system includes a weight sensor, a processor and a cloud server. The weight sensor is configured to sense weight values. The processor is electrically connected to the weight sensor, is configured to calculate the weight values and when the weight values is not larger than a drip threshold, sending warning information. The cloud server is communication connected to the processor, is configured to receive the weight values via the processor, and compare the weight values and drip setting information to calculate drip time.一種點滴即時監控系統，包含：重量感測器、處理器以及雲端伺服器。重量感測器用以感測重量資訊，處理器與重量感測器電性連接，用以計算重量資訊，並當重量資訊不大於點滴臨界值則發送警告資訊。雲端伺服器與處理器通訊連接，用以接收處理器傳送的重量資訊，並將重量資訊與點滴的設定資訊比較，以計算剩餘時間。
