The present invention relates to a method for producing a Styela clava extract from which a trimethylamine product is removed, and a composition using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing a Styela clava extract from which the bad smells of Styela clava is removed and in which an absorption rate is increased, and to a cosmetic raw ingredient using the same. The method for producing a Styela clava extract from which a trimethylamine product is removed according to the present invention comprises: a first step of pulverizing Styela clava by using a pulverizing device a second step of drying the pulverized Styela clava sample in a freeze-drier a third step of pulverizing the dried Styela clava sample, and powdering the same to a size passing through a 35 mesh sieve a fourth step of producing a Styela clava extract by mixing 10 parts by weight of distilled water with respect to 1 part by weight of the powdered Styela clava sample and by extracting the same for 24 hours in a condition of 25°C and 100 rpm in a shaking incubator a fifth step of producing a mixed extract by filtering the Styela clava extract and by mixing a kiwi extract a sixth step of performing low temperature fermentation on the mixed extract at 10 to 15°C for 1 to 3 days a seventh step of mixing 0.05 to 0.1 part by weight of Lactobacillus salivarius with respect to 1 part by weight of the mixed extract on which the low temperature fermentation has been performed, and performing microorganism fermentation thereon at 40 to 42°C for 7 to 10 days an eighth step of separating a supernatant by centrifuging the mixed extract on which the microorganism fermentation has been performed at 30 to 35°C under 50,000 rpm and a ninth step of concentrating the separated supernatant at 37°C by a rotation vacuum concentrator, and performing nitrogen substitution thereon, and storing the same at 4°C.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018본 발명은 트리메틸 아민 생성물이 제거된 미더덕 추출물 제조방법에 관한 것
