Provided is a compound useful as a prophylactic and/or therapeutic agent for bladder cancer. As a result of studies on compounds having FGFR inhibitory action, the present inventors have found that the nitrogen-containing aromatic heterocyclic compounds of the present invention have inhibitory action on FGFR1, FGFR2, and/or FGFR3, particularly, mutant FGFR3, and thus, the present invention has been accomplished. The nitrogen-containing aromatic heterocyclic compound of the present invention can be used as a therapeutic agent for various cancers related to FGFR1, FGFR2, and/or FGFR3, such as lung cancer and hormone therapy-resistant breast cancer, stomach cancer, triple negative breast cancer, endometrial cancer, bladder cancer, and glioblastoma, particularly as a prophylactic and/or therapeutic agent for mutant FGFR3-positive bladder cancer.본 발명은 방광암의 예방 및/또는 치료제로서 유용한 화합물을 제공한다. 본 발명자들은, FGFR 저해 작용을 갖는 화합물에 대하여 검토한 바, 본 발명의 질소 함유 방향족 헤테로환 화합물이 FGFR1, 2 및/또는 3 저해 작용, 특히 변이 FGFR3 저해 작용을 갖는 것을 확인하여, 본 발명을 완성하였다. 본 발명의 질소 함유 방향족 헤테로환 화합물은 FGFR1, 2 및/또는 3이 관여하는 각종 암, 예를 들어 폐암이나 호르몬 요법 저항성의 유방암, 위암, 삼중 음성 유방암, 자궁체암, 방광암 및 교모세포종 등의 치료제로서, 특히 변이 FGFR3 양성의 방광암의 예방 및/또는 치료제로서 사용할 수 있다.
