A unit for hulling and grinding grain comprising a body, a disk, arranged in hollow thereof, in which channels are made shaped as wedges, extending from the center to the periphery, a shaft, radially to which working elements as thin rods, arranged in several rows, are fixed. Above said working elements a feed tank, made as two cones - external and internal, turned to the disk by bases thereof and from which they are separated by a cylindrical wall, which tightly embraces the disk and which is made as a chevron separator with the channels shaped as a wedge, between which reflectors are installed, and also a distributor of fractions made as a set of solid cones, which are extended in steps by bases thereof to the disk. The inner cone is made as a set of separating cones which have a distributing surface of the brachistochronic property, between which slotted holes are arranged, their number corresponds to the number of solid cones of the distributor of fractions and number of rows of the working elements.
