An orthopedic device comprising: an implant having several attachment sites and a guide containing several grooves； a fastener having a first end secured to a patient’s bone or soft tissue and a second end that fits into the implant at each of several attachment sites , an augment having a protrusion configured to move in several grooves, the augment having a first curved surface mating with the outer surface of the implant with the possibility of turning around g of this outer surface. 2. The device according to claim 1, in which the fastener is a flange, hook or plate. The device according to claim 2, in which the flange, hook or plate is installed with the possibility of adjusting their position along the periphery of the acetabular implant. The device according to claims 2 and 3, in which the flange, hook or plate are mounted to rotate around an axis in a plane perpendicular to the periphery of the acetabulum. 5. The device according to claim 1, in which the fastener is an acetabular augment. The device according to claim 5, in which the acetabular augment contains a main part with which at least two protruding parts are connected, between which there is a gap. The device according to claim 6, further comprising a recess for cement in one or more of at least two protruding parts. A device according to any one of claims 1-3 or 5-7, further comprising a cup-shaped part located in the implant having one or more fasteners attached to the patient’s bone to secure the cup-shaped part to the patient’s bone.
