PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image diagnostic apparatus and program for measuring a prescribed measurement item on the basis of image data, which more correctly perform follow-up check.SOLUTION: A trend graph for expressing the follow-up of an intima media thickness IMT is generated. When it is considered that a portion assumed to have an abnormal value exists with reference to the trend graph, an operator operates an operation part so as to designate with a cursor CA, a point assumed to be the abnormal value. An image data-specifying part specifies ultrasonic image data used for the measurement of the intima media thickness IMT 5 of the point f designated with the cursor CA between the past ultrasonic image data and the current ultrasonic image data. A display part 6 displays an ultrasonic image G5 to be expressed by the ultrasonic image data used for the measurement of the intima media thickness IMT 5.
