PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an installation method of an egg-laying bed allowing a specific fish using a reef or a peripheral area thereof as an egg-laying place to lay eggs easily； and an egg-laying bed.SOLUTION: Recesses 21, 22 and 23 are formed in a panel 11 so that one egg mass comprising a plurality of eggs laid at one time by a specific female fish can be pushed inside and simultaneously attached to the periphery of an opening (position of an alternate long and short dash line).
