The present invention relates to a toilet-training device for a pet dog comprising: a body which is put on an installation surface a defecation plate which is installed to be titled by having one end rotated to horizontally ascend on the body and provides a space for a pet dog to excrement a tilting operating unit which transfers the rotary power of a motor to the defecation plate so that the defecation plate is tilted or horizontal, and which is provided in the defecation plate and body a defecation collecting container which is installed in the body to have the top opened so that excrement on the defecation plate is downwardly moved and collected by a dead load when the defecation plate is tilted a refreshment discharging unit which is installed in the body to discharge refreshments for pets to the outside a weight sensor which is installed in the body in order to sense weight applied to the defecation plate and output a sensing signal and a control unit which receives the sensing signal outputted from the weight sensor to collect the excrement in the excrement collecting container by controlling the tilting operating unit and then discharge refreshments by controlling the refreshment discharge unit when it is determined that a pet leaves the defecation plate and excrement exists thereon.
