PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting device for an object to be mounted capable of appropriately assisting a user when the user rotates a slope.SOLUTION: A mounting device 10A includes a main plate body 34 on which the object to be mounted is mounted, a vehicle body side plate body 36 provided between one end of the main plate body 34 and the vehicle body, and a ground side plate body 38 provided between the other end of the main plate body 34 and a ground plane 20, and is provided with a slope 22 where the main plate body 34 can be elevated and lowered between a low position and a high position in a state that the ground side plate body 38 is in contact with the ground, and a slope driving mechanism for driving the main plate body 34. The slope 22 can change its position among a stored position in which it is stored along a floor 18 of the vehicle body, a standing position in which it stands with respect to the floor 18, and a developed position in which it is developed outside the vehicle interior by the rotation of a first rotation shaft 40a provided between the vehicle body and the vehicle body side plate body 36.
