Provided in the present invention is a detector which comprises: an array substrate including a semiconductor substrate which has a first and a second surface facing each other, and a light receiving element formed on the first surface of the semiconductor substrate； and a scintillator panel which includes a scintillator layer with a third and a fourth surface facing each other coupled to the array substrate such that the fourth surface of the scintillator layer can face the first surface of the semiconductor substrate.
