PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair with picking tongs attached on the armrest for a number of people who use a wheelchair, who want to play catch but find it difficult to pick up a ball from the ground, and who therefore probably gives up to play catch.SOLUTION: Under a handle (1) of the picking tongs, an adhesive and removable article (material) such as a hook-and-loop fastener or a magnet is installed. Also, to an armrest (21) of the wheelchair, both ends of a base plate (18) on which a hook-and-loop fastener (17) or the magnet is to be installed are fixed with a band (19), as is an end of the band with a hook-and-loop fastener (20). Thus, only when a ball is picked up, the handles (1, 2) of the picking tongs are grabbed and removed, with the ball picked up and set in the picking tongs to play catch. Then, the picking tongs may be placed on the armrest (21). These actions contribute to stress relief and functional recovery.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】車椅子を使用している人でキャッチボールをしてみたいと思っている人は多くいると思う。そう思う人の何人かが、もしボールを落とせばボールをひらうのが難しいと思い実行に移せず諦めている人がいると思う。こうした思いの人達のためにアームレストに柄付補助グローブを置いた車椅子を提供する。【解決手段】補助グローブの柄（１）の下部にマジックテープ又は磁石のような接着および外れるもの（物質）を取り付ける、又アームレスト（２１）にマジックテープ（１７）又は磁石を取り付ける基板（１８）の両端をバンド（１９）その端マジックテープ（２０）で固定する。これでボールを拾う時のみ補助グローブの柄（１，２）を掴み外してボールを掴み本グローブに納める。その後は補助グローブをアームレスト（２１）に置けばよい、こうした行動によりストレス解消になり、又機能快復させることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
