PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro capsule used for a cosmetic product, a quasi drug, a medicinal drug and a cosmetic in which the micro capsule is blended which can contain an internal substance at high content, have a small amount of oozing of the internal substance over time, less smell derived from a wall film of the capsule, do not cause coagulation or sedimentation when blended into the cosmetic product, have excellent storage stability, and are easily manufactured.SOLUTION: Silylated amino acid and silane compound are co-polycondensed on interface oil phase and water phase at the emulsion state to form a wall film, a dispersion phase of either the oil phase or the water phase is used as an internal substance of a capsule to manufacture a micro capsule. Further, cosmetic is constituted by allowing it to contain the micro capsule.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】内包物質を高含有率で含有でき、しかも経時による内包物質の滲み出しが少なく、カプセルの壁膜に由来するにおいが少なく、化粧品に配合した際には凝集や沈殿などを生じることなく保存安定性に優れ、しかも製造が容易な化粧品、医薬部外品、医薬品に用いられる微小カプセルを提供する。また、それを配合した化粧料も提供する。【解決手段】油相および水相の乳化状態での界面でシリル化アミノ酸とシラン化合物を共縮重合させて壁膜を形成し、油相または水相のどちらかの分散相をカプセルの内包物として微小カプセルを製造する。また、その微小カプセルを含有させて化粧料を構成する。【選択図】 なし
