PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocatalyst type fluid cleaning device which has a high degree of freedom of adjusting cleaning ability.SOLUTION: An air cleaning device 1 includes: a body 11 which comprises an outer shell frame 111 mounted with rails 112 slidably holding a plurality of photocatalyst blocks, panels 114 covering the outside of the outer shell frame 111, an inflow duct 115 connected to a suction port formed in the panel 114 covering the top surface of the outer shell frame 111, an outflow duct 116 connected to a discharge port, formed in the panel 114 covering the top surface of the outer shell frame 111, so as to penetrate the discharge port, and an illuminant panel 112 having an illuminant emitting ultraviolet light and photocatalyst blocks which are mounted in the body 11.
